Are there specific hardware requirements for Convo Partners?

Convo Now Web clients should use a USB Camera that supports at least 30 Frames Per Second (FPS) running at 320 x 240 resolution. A proper lighting setup is essential for better video quality. We highly recommend a USB Camera with autofocus and auto lighting adjustments.

The following USB Cameras are suitable for both Windows and Mac users:
● Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 or similar (Windows, Mac)
● Logitech BCC950 ConferenceCam or similar (Windows) (Good for small conference room)

The following WebCams are also supported:
● Apple FaceTime HD (Mac)
● Logitech B525 HD Webcam (Windows, Mac)

We also recommend Headsets with built-in microphones for improved sound quality and privacy or USB echo-cancelling speakers for meeting room environments.
