Pre-book an interpreter for our Partners

You can make a booking via a dedicated calendar link between 9am to 6.30pm, up to 4 weeks before your appointment.

Do I need to send information about their meeting?

Yes, preparation and meeting links will be requested, and you can share. This is at the point of booking. If no information is sent, one of our team members may reach out to you before the meeting to ask for further information.

On occasions, due to the nature of the booking, it may be more appropriate to use a face-to-face interpreter. Should we feel this is the case with your booking, we will reach out to discuss this with you and support you in sourcing an interpreter.

The key occasions where a remote interpreter is unlikely to be appropriate are if you are sharing test results with a patient or taking police statements.
