Pre-book an interpreter for our Partners

You can make a booking via a dedicated booking form for appointments between 9am to 6.30pm, from 24 hours up to 12 weeks before your appointment.

Please contact the corporate partnership team for access to the booking form, you can email them at access-uk@convo.io

Do I need to send information about the meeting?

Yes, preparation and meeting links will be requested, and you are strongly encouraged to share these at the point of booking.
Preparing your sign language interpreter is crucial because it directly impacts the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of communication. Because interpreters work in real-time, providing context, materials, and technical terminology ahead of time enables them to bridge language gaps more effectively and accurately, rather than struggling to process unfamiliar jargon on the spot.

If no information is sent, one of our team members may reach out to you before the meeting to ask for further information.

Any documents can be uploaded to the form when placing the booking.

On occasions, due to the nature of the booking, it may be more appropriate to use a face-to-face interpreter. Should we feel this is the case with your booking, we will reach out to discuss this with you and support you in sourcing an interpreter.

The key occasions where a remote interpreter is unlikely to be appropriate are if you are sharing test results with a patient or taking police statements.
