All invoices will continue to be issued by SignLive Ltd trading as Convo, with no changes to banking, VAT, or company details.

  • Will invoices change now that we’re becoming Convo?
    • Invoices will continue to be issued under SignLive with Convo included in the branding.
  • Do banking or payment details change?
    • No — all banking info, VAT numbers, and company registration details remain the same.
    • Using SignLive reduces risk of delayed or rejected payments, especially from ATW, while we transition to Convo.
