Why do I get black screen?

If your screen is black and failing to connect, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Your screen has come up black and is struggling to connect. It just means you will need to complete the troubleshooting and can you please follow the steps below then try again.

1. Log off
2. Delete the app
3. Re-download "Convo Now" app
4. Log back in
5. Call again
