Can I ask for a specific interpreter?

We’re not able to guarantee a specific interpreter, as Convo works on an on-demand basis and it depends on who is available at the time.

What we can promise is that every interpreter who answers your call is qualified, impartial, and there to support you with care. If there’s ever a conflict of interest, another interpreter will step in straight away.
