How to callback a Convo user

To call back a Convo user, you will need their 4 to 6 digit extension number, this can be found in the Convo user's homepage in the Convo Now app. You do not need to login into the Convo Now UK app. Calls can be made from landline or mobile.

1. From any phone call 0808 502 0601 and follow the pre-recorded instructions

2. Enter the customer’s Extension number followed by the # key.

This is a 4 to 6 digit extension number.

3. Enter your organisation’s billing code below followed by the # key. This code can be found in your organisation welcome pack

4. Please wait for an interpreter who will relay your call. If we are busy, you will be placed in a queue.
