How do I receive calls?

To receive calls via Convo Now, answer when a caller dials your Convo Now number or set up call forwarding, and you'll be connected to the interpreter.  You need to be signed into the Convo Now app in order to receive incoming call notifications.

Receiving Calls via Convo Now

1. A hearing caller will call your Convo number (which has been emailed to you or can be found on your main page, as indicated by the green arrow).  You can also set up call forwarding from Convo to your mobile number for added convenience (ask your mobile network provider how to).


2. Tap ‘Answer’ to be connected to the call with the interpreter
3. Start with your conversation.
