How do I to switch between packages?

If you have two jobs or an additional personal package through Direct Payment, you may have two phone numbers; click the arrow in the red circle to find and select the second number.

If you have two jobs, you may have two different Access to Work (ATW) budgets to meet your needs. With two budgets, you will receive two separate phone numbers. Alternatively, if you have an additional package for personal use through Direct Payment, you will also receive a separate phone number. To find the second number, click on the arrow in the red circle.

A pop-up screen will appear, allowing you to select the second number and use the corresponding package.

Note: Every customer who has a paid package will also have a Guest number, which is optional to use.

Click on the red circle & select which package you want to use to make your call from.
