Select the ‘View directory’ button.

Scroll through the directory and select the business you want to call.

If you’re looking for a specific business, tap the magnifying glass to search for it.

Tap on ‘Call’

The interpreter will appear in the Convo Now app and then make the phone call directly to the business that you selected.

Can I give them my Convo number for a call back via Community Directory?
Yes. You can find your Convo number in the Convo Now app on both your mobile device and the web app.
Write your Convo number down somewhere handy. When you call an organisation through the Community Directory, they may ask for your Convo number so they can call you back.
The call back is at no cost to you.
