Quick Start Guide for Web App

A quick start guide for you to begin using our 24/7 online interpreters by following the simple steps to register, activate, and log into our web app.

Welcome!  We are delighted that you have chosen to join Convo.  Your account is now live, which means you can start using our online interpreters 24/7.

Setting up your Convo account is quick and easy, and it will allow you to access features and services. We’ll walk you through the steps required to create your account and start using Convo effectively. 

Step 1: New User Registration

1. Visit www.convo.io and click the Convo Now button at the top right-hand corner

2. Below the login option, click ‘Create a new account

3. Enter your name in full, your email address, your SMS number is optional, create a password and then confirm your reCAPTCHA to continue.

4. To activate your account confirm your email address, in your inbox you will have an email titled 'Convo - Confirm your email for Convo'.

5. Now when you login Convo will ask you to give microphone and camera permission, accept these and now your Convo account is ready.

Note:  If your email address or password is incorrect, you will see the message ‘Bad Credentials’. If you’ve forgotten your password you can tap ‘Forgot Password’.
