What are your customer service hours?

Our friendly support team is here to help Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (excluding public holidays).

You can contact us for anything from technical support and account queries to Access to Work guidance, billing questions, or help getting started with the Convo app.

If you get in touch outside these hours, don’t worry — we’ll respond as soon as possible on the next working day.
