What do Convo do?

Convo offers prompt, accessible BSL interpreting services when you need to contact your friends, family, work, community, and health services and to run your own business - all at a time which suits you.

We aim to make it easier for you to access BSL interpreting services whenever you want. You do not need to book an interpreter in advance, you can simply contact our interpreters through our app and immediately talk to someone else in person or over the telephone.

With your monthly plan, you can make as many calls as you want for the month with just one invoice per plan. Your monthly plan can be funded through your AtW and or DP (Direct Payment) .  We also have many self funded plans covered by PIP. If you decide to use AtW and DP or PIP, separate accounts can be set up.

You can give your personal number to someone else if you need them to call you, and they will be able to contact you directly through our interpreters – you no longer need to be the one calling them!  If you're busy, no worries! Your customers can leave you a video message for you to check and call them back later.
